The hotel was so small. It was far from what we expected since we paid so much for it. There was no lift at all knowing that we ordered 2 family rooms, so they should have known that we'd have many luggage and bags. I felt sorry for the Porter guy having to carry all of our heavy luggage down 3 level of stairs. The room was extremely small for a family room. We could hardly move or open our luggage anywhere. The hotel before it we also stayed at a Mercure, but it was far beautiful. We even had a kitchen and the beds were so soft. The hotel after it we stayed at Ibis which was way cheaper by half price but the hotel was so much nicer and bigger.

Small cozy rooms, with a lot of charm, good service, location is not the best for cars, but near etoile, easy access to champs elysee.

Nice beds, rooms a smaller than usual in Mercure, but with a very nicer decoration.

A good choice, calm, with an elegant view of paris streets.

Excellent value (had B&B package), great location (walked to exhibitions and to both Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, great friendly service (friendliest hotel staff in a long time), very clean and secure.
