This was my fist time visiting Paris, and was looking for a place close to the metro, and centrally located.
This hotel was very small, in fact, the desk clerk could not fit on the elevator with two of us traveling, and our bags!
The staff spoke English, the metro was just a block away, and there were plenty of sidewalk cafes within steps of the hotel.
The bathroom had an actual window! The Wifi worked, and so did the TV.
I was pleased, and would recommend this hotel again.

Paris is amazing. Any time of the year it's an amazing city, but in the winter, in december, when the holidays are almost here, it's just magical. The hotels is perfectly useful because when in Paris all you need is a place to lay your head and rest your feet after a long day of strolling through the city. My demands were: clean, comfy and central and it was exactly that. The rooms are very small and breakfast could be better, but with tons of restaurants around you, that wasn't a problem at all. Very friendly staff, super helpful and nice and aaah we just had the most romantic little get away a couple could ask for.

Find the Pont des Arts, The Eiffel tower ( which is just a ten minute stroll away from the hotel) and have wine in little french bistros with friendly staff and delicious cheese. Stroll around on the Champs Elysees, visit the christmas market and drink some gluwine. Avoid the tourist spots and see beautiful Paris through the eyes of your love, who has been there, but never with you, which gives you the chance to completely sweep her off her feet...:-)

Just spent the past week with my family in Paris. Have been to Paris many times before and the hotels are going to vary depending on what you want to pay. The rooms will be small compared to what you get in the US. However the room we had was comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and they speak English. The hotel is a very convenient location to most of the major attractions if you plan to walk or use the public transportation system. My very special thanks to Jonathan who works there - he's just a wonderful person and very helpful.

If are coming from the airport and you have a group of 3 or more and luggage - take a cab..the savings taking the train won't be enough to justify the inconvenience. Just my opinion. If you want to take the train from Charles De Gaulle airport - take the RER and the RER stop you want is Hotel Invalides - from there its a 2 block walk to the hotel. You'll walk right by the large Hotel Invalides (great tour of War Museum there and Napoleon's Tomb is also there - worth the visit). Also if you want to see Versailles - you'll take the RER train - its the C Train from the Hotel Invalides stop directly to Versailles which is the last stop...cheap and very convenient.

Other things I liked about this hotel - location location location - as you come out of the hotel -
turn left go about 100 yards - ATM machine for drawing out cash. Go right from hotel and at the corner about 100 yards you'll come to a little café - turn right again and go another 50 yards - grocery store. If you go left from the Café down that street about a 10 minute walk - you'll hit the Eiffel tower. If you go straight from the Café - keep going 10 minutes and you'll hit the Seine river and go across the bride and you'll hit the Grand and Petit Palais and at that point you can go straight, left, or right and see just about every major attraction and walk to it...

Room tip: If you have 3 or more..get the club suite

Great location, comfortable rooms, clean. Breakfast room is tiny with limited seating, but ok food. Staff were very helpful particularly one reception member of staff who's name I cannot remember, which is a shame as he pointed us in the right direction which got our break off to a good start. Restaurants nearby were disappointing, costly and limited menu. Overall we were very happy.

Nice, convenient hotel with friendly English speaking staff. Very small 2 person lift is slow and was occasionally full of laundry. Breakfast at €15 is overpriced and you're better of going to the Casio supermarket down the side of The Recruitment Bar, getting baguettes, butter, and whatever you fancy and making your own. Location is close to the Eiffel Tower but not so close it's engulfed in tourists or too expensive. Overall handy for the Tower and 2 minutes to a Metro station.

Room tip: Street side rooms, higher up are roomier, brighter and quieter.
