Staff were rude, no help at all, really amateur. Their airport transfer service going home was a joke - he was late and drove us all over Paris before going to the airport and we made our flight with only seconds to spare. Good location, but there are so many others in that area. Avoid at all costs; it's way too over-priced, the room was tiny (I know that's not unusual for Paris, but our suitcases took up most of the room). Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

My husband and I don't need all the luxuries but we do want our rooms to feel very clean, neat and nicer than home. This hotel was perfect for us. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and pretty. We'd stay again in a heart beat. Can we go now????

This hotel was within walking distance of the Louvre and the Opera. Great location for a reasonable price. The rooms were not very big, but nicely appointed with shower and mini-fridge. Breakfast was extra, but was a good selection. This was an excellent pick for our stay.

I suppose one could complain about the size of the room, but this is Paris after all, how much time does one really spend in the room. That's like driving a Humvee and complaining about the size of the streets. My wife and teenage son shared a rather small room (queen bed plus a portable single stuffed along side). Location was great, next to a beautiful park, 10 minutes to the Louvre, 10 to the Opera. Close to the Metro. 5 from the ever-present cafes. Domestically clean. Staff was accomodating and helped set up TGV to Lyon. They reserved a room for our return to Paris one week later, and we were surprised to find a two-floor, two-bedroom apartment, at a cheaper rate than our initial stay. Neighborhood is safe. Cafe L'Ami Georges serves great food at good prices two blocks away--the only restaurant we dined at twice.
