“Nice Hotel, Shame about the food!!”

What a lovely hotel, very clean inside. The staff are a bit short!! Well worth staying just don't eat there, the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and breakfast was served on the roof, and it was HORRIBLE!!! the baked beans were raw!! the frankfurter sausages had been boiled, the potatoes were rock hard nd the toast was cold!!! Wish I'd saved my money and gone to one of the surrounding cafe's!! And dont expect a good nights sleep the bed's are rock hard!!

“Great Service”

Superbreak holidays booked this for us and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is only 5 stops from Guard De Nord. The service was just exceptional here - I have to make special mention of Hadel who greeted us on arrival at reception. He was sooooo professional and helpful, he has exceptional english and couldn't do enough for us. The room was great for our family. Breakfast was beautiful and plenty of it.
Would definately recommend this hotel.

“Absolutely not worth staying in!”

The one thing that ruined our memory of Paris, is the Holiday inn la villete! Rude staf, small rooms, and terrible service. Please do yourself a favour by NOT staying here. The location is bad- too far from the main city and it's not fit to get a 4 star rating!

“I do not undertsand how they get 4 stars for this hotel?”

We been in Paris for 6 days sow we decided we want something cozy for our rest at night. We chosen holiday inn because it suposed to be good since we talking about Europian chain. The stuff was unfriendly even though they were speaking English they did not even make the effort talk to us only but France. The room looking clean with the first site but if you look better... I found blood on my sheet and hair on the bathroom ceiling.Trust me you can stay in a much better place with tha same money.

“A nice finish to our first trip...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 December 2011

Holiday Inn was the last hotel we stayed at during our first trip to Paris. Having stayed at a budget hotel the night before, our stay at Holiday Inn was great! We chose this due to its proximity to Le Zenith, it is just a 3-5 min walk from the actual venue and is a stone's throw from the Metro station. Reception were quick at checking in and were helpful when required, though sometimes gave the impression we were asking the obvious. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and professional. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable beds and very clean. The only niggle I had was that there were no tea making facilities which I'm sure was one of the specs of the hotel when I did my research. As part of a big hotel chain surely they would provide a kettle?! We were told to ask at the bar for hot water but they didn't speak English so I gave up. Overall, comfort wise it was worth the price but not ideal if you are planning to visit the tourist sites as it is not a central location.
