FREE WiFi, FREE Breakfast, AIR-CONDITIONED. This hotel is no longer a Holiday Inn. It is now owned by Accor Hotels and is branded as an "All Seasons." Room was clean, with fast, free WiFi, breakfast was delicious and the location was also very good. Right next to the 2nd to last stop of the M14, still inside Zone 3. M14 is an automated line not affected by strikes. Only took about 15 minutes to get to the heart of the city VIA the Metro or RER C. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, spoke English very well. Rooms are small by American standards, but perfectly comfortable. I didn't go to Paris to hang around my hotel anyhow! All in all, just what we needed, with a few bonuses and a good price (125 euro).

Note the name change. This hotel is now called the All Seasons Hotel ( a member of the Accor hotel group). They were changing the logo, on the outside of the hotel, when we stayed there the last few days of August, 2010. When we paid for the room at check out, the credit card receipt still read " Holiday Inn ".

We had stayed here a few times in the past, when it was a Holiday Inn, and I liked it then. I still like it. The room was still quiet, clean, and the A/C worked well. you have cable TV in the room, with both BBC & CNN for english speakers. The hotel offers complementary newspapers, the Herald Tribune ( English ) and Le Figaro ( French ).

The big change is in the breakfast buffet. It now costs only 6 euros per person, instead of 13. The downside is that they no longer offer bacon, eggs, or potatoes on the buffet table BUT, they now have a machine that makes FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUCE ! What a treat !

From the Roissy-CDG airport, take the train to the St. Michel station, then transfer to the RER C line. Get off at the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand stop, and then follow the signs to the rue du Tolbiac exit.

Although the hotel is not in the center of Paris, the adjacent RER C and/or high speed Metro line No. 14 will take you to most of the sights in 10-15 minutes. Go and enjoy, there is so much to see and do in Paris.

Average hotel in nice enough area; lots of shops and restaurants around, as well as metro stops. Seine river banks about 10 mins walk away.

The rooms are average. Breakfast in the lobby is nice and much cheaper than in the breakfast room.

I walked past this month (June 2010) when staying in a different hotel and it looks like they are renovating and closed for guests. Good to keep in mind when booking.
