This is asmall hotel that was totally rehabbed and is almost brand new. I decide to stay here since the Ibis I always stayed at tripled their rates to $275. The location is perfect - just 1.5 blocks to the Trocodero Metro and in a very classy part of the town. Great deal at $130 per night including WiFi.

The location is excellent. No parking which makes loading and unloading bags from a taxi a difficult experience. The staff is helpful but won't help you with your bags either.
Overall it was a good experience but not great.

rooms are small like all over paris, but clean and newly renovated. Good beds. Nice, but tiny bathroom. Breakfastservice in room very nice. excellent situation, only three minutes from Trocadero metro/place with view to Eiffel tower.

A great find for Paris, where hotels are usually horrific.

I gave this hotel an 'excellent' score because my Parisian expectations are so low, following many bad experiences.

There are tons of good things about this hotel.

We had a good bed, great bathtub, strong water pressure, service, free Nespresso coffee and tea in the foyer, wifi and couches downstairs, absolutely fantastic location.

The staff is friendly and well-trained, without being over-bearing.

Great for business. And a direct metro ride from Montparnasse (6 line).

We will definitely return.

The only problem was that our room was by the elevator.

Luckily, there wasn't that much activity the night we were there, but it could've been a delicate situation.

Otherwise, recommended.
