“Not up to its website pictures”

I was looking forward to stay in this hotel, but I went from one disappointment to another:

- room incredibly small althought I booked a DOUBLE room and paid higher price to be in bigger room. I believe I was still put in a small room.
- TV not working
- WIFI to low on the 5th floor to work
- Heating either freezing or too hot
- super small wardrobe
- not very helpful staff (since there was not Room Service,only delivery proposed was Domino's pizza!)

Dear client,
We are deeply sorry for the disagreements occured during your stay. The only argument I can put forward is that we just opened at the end of July.
I would like to answer to 2 things: the rooms on the 5th floor are former atic rooms, very nice in the parisian style but obviously smaller and you asked for a room on the 5th floor.
You paid the lowest price available, for a standard room, you've been upgraded to a Deluxe room with no supplement.
Despite the efforts of our staff, we have not been able to satisfy your request, so please accept my apologies
