“Excellent!!!”

Extremely good service and helpful staff! Had a room facing the backyard which was very quiet. Good sized room for Paris with comfortable bed. Free internet. Very clean and neat. Marble bathroom with bath tub, bathrobe, slippers. Very close to Porte Maillot Metro station which is on the main tourist line making it very easy and convenient. Had breakfast there twice - great atmosphere, not the biggest selection - but what they offered was great, great coffee. No complaints whatsoever! Will go back in a heartbeat and will help family members book with this hotel as well.

Excellent hotel. The location is great and the staff are excellent.

The breakfast is lovely but could do with more choice. What was there was absolutely great.

Rooms were well cleaned and well appointed. Spa is lovely, missing a pool but the sauna and steam room were brilliant. Very quiet too.

No complaints whatsoever.

Good points:
Very helpful and friendly staff especially Patrick.
Nice bathroom and comfy bed
Great spa (was open from 5-9 each evening and free for residents)
opposite a city carefour shop (a bit like tesco metro)
good location

Less good points:
slightly small room but don't let that put you off

We stayed at La Villa Maillot on NYE in a suite and it was so nice we didn't even want to leave the room.

The initial welcome was warm, the room was beautifully decorated and everything was spotless + we had a great view and little balcony. We were very happy with our stay and had a exceptional time

As a hint, no conditioner only shampoo, but I think this is a French thing!

“Very comfortable stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 December 2011

My husband and I stayed for a week at La Villa Maillot in June 2011. We found this boutique hotel to be charming, spacious, comfortable, and loved the art deco lobby/dining area. Our stay included the buffet breakfast, with all you can drink coffee/juices, and was quite simple and delicious. The room was spacious, had luxury spa toiletries (including a shoe shine sponge, which was very useful after walking around all day), and free internet service. (Much appreciated!) The receptionist was nice and was able to provide us directions to our destinations. The location was extremely convenient, being located a couple blocks from the subway station. From the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, we took the Air France bus directly to Porte Maillot, for approximately 15 euros/pp one way. We then just walked a few blocks to the hotel. My only negative comment, is that they need to update their computer system/get the quirks worked out. When we first checked in, I inquired in regards to the breakfast buffet included with our stay, and at first the receptionist said that she did not see it included. So, I had to show her my receipt, and then it was sorted out. Also on checkout, there was a phone charge from our hotel room, and when we told the receptionist that we did not make any phone calls. He told us that it was automated, so we must have made the call. I refused to pay the extra charge (based on principal) and was never bothered by the charge again. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
