We visited for 3 days end december including new years. The hotel is located in a dead end street so you can get a good nights sleep, very little street noise. Close to shops, bakery etc and the park. Easy to cycle to the city with the velib bikes (there is a parking station at the end of the street), it only takes around 15 minutes to cycle down to the river (although its down hill there, and uphill back to the hotel at the end of the day!). Although an old hotel, and not that recently refurbished (older fittings) it is very clean! The room was small, a little difficult to move around once you have your suitcases inside. But it has all you need. Comfortable beds, fresh clean linen every day. Very friendly helpful reception staff. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on this. Also close to a Vincie parking so you can park your car safely (was around Euro 30 per day). Can definitely recommend it for a short stay in Paris.
