A Hotel, where 100 years ago our grandparents and great-grandparents and their families could stayed... It would be a great pleasure to see online the old guest books of this Hotel. This probably would not hurt the world famous discretion of France.
I have been in this Hotel 3-4 times in the past calendar year. If you can, go to the Club level, where in the afternoon you will be welcomed with an ice cooled Champagne with foie gras canapes. Found this intercontinental a great spot while visiting Paris. Then location is great and near all tourist sites. The old style decor was most sensual and tastefully decorated. Especially their bathroom decor made us feel like we were in pure elegance. Loved the bathrobes also. The housekeeping was extremely well trained and ready to facilitate our every need.The executive chef of the main dining room is a top rated Michelin executive chef and his creations proved it. We highly recommend this 5 star quality facility.
