Yesterday we returned from our second visit to this hotel. We read other reviews before we went and were a little concerned by some of the comments. Yes the rooms are small but clean and comfy. And yes you do have wi fi in the rooms but you have to get the code from reception. We also read some concerns about room cleaning. Personally I love to come in from a hard days sightseeing to a lovely made up bed and fresh clean towels. Yes the showers are small but again clean. If your expecting a full English breakfast you are not going to get it(breakfast buffet includes french pastries, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, jams, cake, cereals, hard boiled eggs and plenty of fresh juice and coffee)Believe me, you wont go hungry. If you are willing to take on and experience the Parisian way of life whilst you are in Paris this is a perfect little hotel. Also I found all hotel staff polite and helpful. Maybe learn a few words of french if you have not found the same. A Hello(Bonjour) and thank you(Merci) even if you get it wrong, gets a smile.This hotel is perfect to catch the metro at Grenelle which will take you right to the heart of Paris in minutes. We stayed in room 503 which even gave us a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you HOTEL PARIS EIFFEL CAMBRONNE we will see you again.

We found this hotel by searching the Trip Advisor website. We had low expectations, and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed 4 nights. One other reviewer had said they asked for the rooms not to be cleaned, but on the last day the staff came in and cleaned anyway. This happened to us, too.

This is a European hotel in the truest sense. If you are American and you like things "American", you will not be happy here. The rooms are small and only have a shower (no tub). We were totally fine with that, though, so it does not negatively affect our rating.

There was some street noise at night (not the hotels fault) but it's a busy street. The biggest + was the location. We could not have been more conveniently located between 2 metro stops. There are also many bistros and many places to shop within walking distance. The price was very good in comparison to other hotels we looked at. The staff was not overly friendly, but were kind and helpful.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

This was my second stay at this hotel, as the location was so fantastic. Just 5 minutes away from the Champ du Mars and Eiffel Tower. Right outside the hotel was two metro stations (La motte picquette grenelle and cambronne) which had links to the main stations in Paris. So moving to another district was simple.

There are plenty of fantastic cafes nearby and a supermarket too. Being so close to the metro line and a busy road, there was a little noise. But this is to be expected in Paris as its such a bustling city. This time the room we had in the hotel was much smaller than last time, which was OK - seeing as we only stayed 2 nights over new years. The room was clean enough, with a wardrobe, tv, air conditioning, small dresser, kettle and bathroom.

My only complaint really was that the shower is a porcelain slab and curtains, so everytime we took a shower the water ran all over the floor and you were attacked by the curtain!
Otherwise the hotel staff were very helpful, there was free internet access. Overall a plesant stay in Paris.

Its just lucky that we rarely needed to stay in the rooms for long - as we could have developed chlaustrophobia!

My boyfriend and myself needed a place to stay for a few nights in Paris. This place was fantastic. First of all, so so easy to get to from with airport by taking REF B line and the connecting onto metro line 6. Hotel was not even 500m from station stop Cambronne, very happy when tired from flight and trying to deal with luggage in a new city. Location just perfect for sightseeing of left bank monuments, and only 3 metro stops from Eiffel Tower. We walked easily in 10 mins otherwise. Also very close was Arch De Triomph and Champs Elysse.
Hotel room was small, but that's expected in Europe, but heating and hot water great. Bed made up each day and new towels were lovely to come back to after sightseeing and exhausted. Breakfast for us was included, and it was simply Devine and really good. A great mix of cereals, yoghurt, pastries, jams, cheese, hard boiled eggs, juice, baggettes, coffee & tea. Just lovely. Would very happily return to Eiffel Cambronne.
