We booked a double room for 8-11 of December for 150 euros per night. We talked to the reception one day before our arrival, so that we confirm our booking and paying by cash and their answer (by email) was:
"Don’t worry, you answered, so we keep your reservation. See you tomorrow in Paris".

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception told us (behaving strict and nervous) that "there is no reservation on this name. We don't know anything about your booking and emails etc". We got really surprised and asked them to use the internet to show them the confirmation email, but the didn't allow us and they insisting on denying the reservation.

At the end, we went out for searching another hotel, because it was getting late.

I wish to everyone of you NEVER to live an experience like that. It was by far the worst hotel i have ever visited.

ps: Paris was really nice.

Stayed here on the advise of a work colleague . Very friendly helpful staff rooms small and clean but a little warm , located close to metro and short walk to bus which is the best and quickest way to see Paris ! Breakfast was ok continental buffet would stay again x

Mixed review. My husband, daughter and I stayed 3 nights in late June on our way home from a longer trip to Europ. Since it was high season our options were pretty limited in the 7th. Like the rest of the reviews, the location was very good - just steps to a Metro station. The beds were comfortable. Yes, it was noisy. We were on the third floor and the traffic was quite noisy. The maid did not come one day and I thought they could have kept the hallways neater - there was always laundry and cleaning carts out. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us with directions, airport transfers, Metro routes to Versailles, etc. They were very nice to us. This is an ok hotel for a short stay but next time I would rent a flat if staying longer in Paris. It is no

Just spent 4 night there, location cant be beat, room very nice with cable, clean, nice people to help you, I paid about $160 a night booking internet in advance which for central nice hotel in Paris is very good deal, did not take breakfast as 14 euros was much too high for what they had. Grocery store right across street, wonderful restaurants, for me this is perfect hotel, I will stay again.
