Just returned from our stay in Paris, the hotel was ideally located allowing us to walk to the top attractions. The hotel was clean and warm, bedroomed was tided each day. Staff very friendly. The lift is only tiny and will fit 2 suitcases and two peolpe in at one time, but works very well for the size of hotel.

Only ate breakfast there twice but if you decided to use the hotel you will need to go early as there wasnt much left when we went, it is in the cellar of the hotel and it didnt fit in with the other settings of the hotel, but it was clean. The other occasions we used the nearby restuarants for breakfast.

You are so close to all the big shops and there all in walking distance.

I can recommend the Bistro opposite for coffee and hot chocolate and the evening meals were fantastic. Like everywhere else in Paris the prices for food is quite high, but it is good food.

Latest scam in Paris is for someone to find a man's wedding ring on the floor and offer to give it to you, when you walk off with it they come back and ask for money for finding it, so beware, also people ask you to sign a form to free some country or other, if you sign it they will then expect a donation.

The hotel is in dire need of a face lift. Staff were friendly enough but room and lobby left a little to be desired - everything has seen better days. Location is good - very central with easy access to metro.

Have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel, Queen Mary. We found the location to be excellent. If travelling from CDG and taking the Roissybus, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from where you get off the bus. About 5 minutes in the other direction you can be walking along by the Seine. We booked a standard room. and while it was spotlessly clean it was very small - the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. However, being in Paris for a city break we weren't intending spending much time in our room. We were provided with a minibar (we were able to remove the items and put in our own drinks)kettle and tea, coffee etc. We had room 131 and there was a small wardrobe but apart from that, very little storage space. Our bathroom again was very small but again very clean. The shower had great pressure and great toiletries supplied.
We didn't eat in the hotel at all but chose to go out for meals. We visited 2 different nearby cafes for breakfast and they were both excellent, and reasonably priced.
If returning to Paris again, we may choose to stay here but would probably go for a bigger room.

Myself & 3 friends stayed here for 3 nights. This is a nice hotel but our room was very small indeed, although very clean and excellent shower. We had mix up with room and had to take a double bed on first night instead of twin. They changed us the next mornng but the twin beds were tiny. that was room 473. Our friends however were in room 474 which was much bigger and bigger twin beds. Be sure to specify exactly what you want. The girl in reception was very helpful and courteous.
