This room was exceptionally small. I didn't think a hotel room could be this small. The elevator is built for one person and MAYBE 2 pieces of small luggage. If you are claustrophobic, take the winding stairs! The only positive about my stay was the front desk clerk. She was very knowledgable about the city. Other than that, my visit was not memorable.

we had a wonderful stay at Mercure Haussman! Before you could think of a thing it was provided. This was my second time here in a year and I would strongly recommend it to anybody. We were a family of three and each one had a comfortable nights rest after a long and tiring day touring fascinating Paris!

Huge bed! really clean and nice, location was good, lift was a bit shabbay but the stairs were nice, cool breakfast area... not much else to say receptionist was lovely small mini bar which was not too over priced,

Good location, friendly and helpful front desk, reliable in terms of quality, good breakfast, free internet - all important to me.

On the downside I had to add an extra day at short notice and the cost of this was ridiculous.

Also the milk with the coffee making facilities was off.
