I stayed at the Yllen Eiffel hotel with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is located exactly opposite the exit point of the Volontaire station so its convenient for those travelling by the Metro. However getting to this hotel was a task for me with my bags as the receptionist at the hotel who guided us to the hotel didnt give us the correct Metro line to be taken which resulted in us having to change 3 lines and wasting a lot of time and energy. The rooms at the hotel are tiny but clean except for the carpet which could do with some cleaning. The bathrooms are clean however the large heater is kept open and just near the entrance of the bathroom so one is bound to get a jolt when one enters the same as the bathrooms are tiny and you do tend to bump into the heater(quite a scare actually).Their breakfast is good and had decent options. On the whole the place is average and is good to use for those who intend using the metro a lot as none of the tourist spots are close to this hotel.

we enjoyed the convenience of the train station just a few steps from the hotel. We bought a 3 days train ticket which is unlimited. The room was tight but clean and comfortable with clean towels and good firm bed. Breakfast was good although it is the same everyday. The front desk staff was helpful when asked about directions which is nice. Internet was working and free of charge. There are lots of restauranst and bakeries and grocery shops around the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The Yllen Eiffel Hotel is very conveniently located, the staff is most friendly and helpful, speak fluent English. The room we have been staying in was not very large but cozy, with excellent bathroom. The entrance to the metro station is about 20 steps from the Hotel's door.

I should certainly recommend all Paris visitors to stay at Yllen Eiffel Hotel.

Its locations is great, because it is in front of Volontaires subway; breakfast is also great: fresh fruits, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, corn flake and delicious pain au chocolat. The place is small but nice. The hotel room is quite small, but has what is necessary, even a small hair dryer and a mini refrigerator. The staff is helpful.
