The hotel management is definitely not handling the works in the reception area very well. Temporary reception is on the first floor with no lift access and no ready assistance. I arrived at the hotel with a sleeping two year old, one piece of luggage and a pushchair. No one offered any assistance though three members of staff were standing at the top of the stairs.
Room (412) was fairly sized for a Paris hotel, bathroom facilities clean but the carpet was extremely dirty and I am not very happy with the cleanliness of the bed linnen. Rooms very soundproof. Mini-bar was not re-supplied.
Distance from metro station is very convenient, however I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to sightsee. The time spent travelling is not worth it. No value for money. Too expensive for what you get and definitely nowhere near a 4-star quality.
