Fair priced hotel in Paris. The rooms are good with good bathrooms and shower.

There is an electrical problem that causes the treadmills to lose power about every 30 minutes if all of them are being used. It happened to me twice while I was there. I spoke to the guy on the treadmill next to me and he said it happened to him about 3 months ago. Sounds like a problem they have not fixed yet.

A little bit away from the action of Paris but close to train and plenty of taxis.

Be sure to ask for Philippe Cherence at the Concierge desk. He is as good as it gets at recommendations and reservations. Really, really excellent Concierge!

The room is not very big but enough if you dont have many luggage. Since it's near metro station, it's convenience to go everywhere.
I must give credit to the concierge because i keep a package for a friend in paris and my friend only have time to take it after 2 weeks since he just come back from vacation trip and he receive it with perfect condition

Just a regular business hotel and not very central to the 1-4 arron. in Paris where you want to be to experience Paris. For business, its a nice hotel. For someone that wants to see Paris, get closer to the Ile de la Cite.

We stayed at the Marriott Rive Gauche for 4 days. It is specially good for Marriott Rewards members - we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with 2 bathrooms and a panoramic view of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne waiting in the suite to welcome us. The suite was spacious with 2 King size beds (real US King size!) and a large living area. But since we were 3 people (my son, wife and me), the extra bath really helped getting ready on time!! The location is very convenient, with the Metro station barely 3 mins walk and the Eiffel Tower station only 7 stations away. The neighborhood is very nice to walk as well, with flower shops and vegetable shops offering fresh produce. It is also much less expensive than the other Marriott on Champs-e-elysees - so best of both worlds.
