My best friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Opera Cadet. You just couldn't get better value for money, especially for a city like Paris! Highlights were definitely the location (2 min walking distance from Cadet metro and lovely 10 min walk to Opera square and Gallaries Lafayette) and also the breakfast - great choice of savoury, sweet, healthy, French deli etc.
Would definitely choose this Hotel again if I go back.

I took my two sons aged 17 and 15 at the end of January ( for a birthday treat ) ..I chose the hotel because of it's location and price ..and was not disappointed ..Fantastic Location ..2 mins from the Metro 'Cadet' station , This was our first time using the Metro system and it was made easy because the hotel supplied us with a leaflet with simple directions , telling us what line to go on and so forth , so we travelled to the Eiffel Tower , The Louvre , The Arc De Triomphe on the Champs Elysée with ease and confidence ..It was wonderful . . There is a 'Boulangerie' opposite the hotel which enabled me to 'fill up' my two hungry teens with wonderful ham and cheese baguettes ...not to mention the array of delicious cakes and pastries ..McDonalds being a 4 minute walk away was great for getting hot drinks and snacks that didn't break the budget too .. , Room had 4 single beds in and English T.V. ..

Modern hotel in good standrard in quite surroundings but close to centre. Very friendly staff - thanks Alain Night porter for being so helpful

My son and I loved this hotel. We stayed from 26th December to 2nd January and loved it. The room was small but that's Paris. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom great (once we figured the shower out!) The breakfast was exceptional - my son loved eating chocolate croissants and hot chocolate (not things you normally eat in Australia). The rooms were cleaned every day without problem and there was free wifi which was great value. The walk to the metro was literally 30 seconds and from there you could get to anywhere in Paris very easily and quickly. There were heaps of cafes and delicatessens within walking distance of the hotel. We loved this hotel and would love one day to be able to go back there and stay. On New Year's Eve we got back after a night out and found a lovely box of chocolates waiting for us on our bed so that was nice. The only suggestion would be that when the bar opens at 4 pm so you can buy a hot or cold drink, it would be good if it could also sell some hot and cold foods for a snack before dinner.
