I had only one day in Paris before heading to nearby Versailles for a business trip. I found the Hotel Galileo on the internet and took their summer special. it was easy to find, was a nice central location for such a short stay and being on my own. Just a short walk to Champs Elysee and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast, that was included with the special, was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel rooms: Probably newly renovated - Air-condition in the room was not noisy at all compared to other hotels I stayed - Size of the room: As a expected for 3* hotel
Breakfast: Included in the price therefore no problem at all - If it will not in the future (because this is an offer for July and August), it does not worth the price of €13. However, quality of food was good. You do not expect a 5* rich breakfast for €13 but a bit more.
Overall comment: A comfortable and nice 3 nights stay...

I was lucky enough to secure a room with Hotel Galileo at the last minute, and was very happy with my stay there. While some people have commented that the rooms are small, mine was quite sizable, especially compared to other European hotels I've stayed in. The room was a little dark but nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable as well. The room came with a little fridge, free internet, a safe, and an iron and ironing board. The bathroom looked like it had been recently redone and was very nice and very, very large. My only complaint is the lack of a shower curtain, but I hear that's pretty common in Paris hotels. The hotel staff were very helpful and very kind, and went out of their way to see if there was anything I needed. The location is excellent, just off the Champs-Elysées, and very near to two metro stops as well as a number of restaurants, banks, and shops.
I would definitely stay in this hotel next time I'm in Paris!

This is a very reasonably priced and clean hotel on a quiet street in the high-rent district of Paris' right bank; the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are small but quiet . It is an easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe, the shopping of Champs Elysees, and countless restaurants in the area. The breakfast is fine and the staff cordial. Highly recommended for its value, staff, and location.
