I stayed for 2 nights and as of the morning I checked out, I paid the receptionist cash. However, they insist on having the information to my credit card, and not to my surprise, manage to double-charged me for the two nights.

I called the hotel multiple times and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. They turned me to silent for over 30 min. Also, once I got to explain the situation to one of the receptionist, she told me to email the manager and that she wasn't able to convey the message or try to help me fix the problem.

Finally, as per say, I emailed the manager, but not reply was given regarding the status of the reversal. When I called him regarding an exchange rate difference of the day charged and the day refunded, he snobbishly complained that I fuse over such small amount.

Such service is unacceptable for a Best Western chain. Be very careful to your belongings and letting them have you credit card information, as this hotel is horribly unfriendly and unhelpful.

location doesnt bother me once there is a metro ! its only 4 stops from central paris. The hotel is nice large rooms for parisian hotels . I loved the breafast GREAT tea and pastries . No NOISE at all in this hotel i thinlk the walls are thick but it was so quite and the hotel was full as it was so bust at breakfast. The metro gets you every where in Paris and its only 8 minutes walk from the hotel so if you get over that its a very cheap and cheerful hotel . Enjoy . Olive Ireland

We stayed for 4 nights , the hotel and the room were very clean & tidy . The room and bathroom were basic and plenty big enough for the two of us ! There's free wi fi available. The only downside to the room was there was no fridge or kettle ... just as well I took my own ! Also the hairdryer was a waste of time.
We booked a package deal so got the room and breakfast at a good price, if you dont have b&b then breakfast is €12 a head which is the norm. Breakfast was very good and there was always plenty of choice (we went down about 8-30). There were bacon/scrambled eggs/some dodgy sausages, fruit salad, cerial, selection of pastries and meat and cheese... spoilt for choice !!
The hotel was in an ok location ... you were a 2 min walk from the metro at Port d'Ivry and it doesn't take long to get into central Paris.
There were plenty of places to eat on Rue Albert ( left out of hotel then 2nd left again) if you go to the bottom of st onto Rue de Tolbiac then right theres a great Italian called Casa Tino that does a set 3 course meal for either €12-50 or €16 both of which are great value .
All in all good hotel and great holiday !
