I stayed in this hotel, since the hotel Rochester was fully booked.
Location of the hotel is good - in a relatively quiet street, close to Champs-Elysees.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean. It was also quiet .There was a TV, an electric kettle, tea and coffe and a free mini-bar. What is so advertised on the hotel website is just 2 cans of juice, 2 small bottles of water and coke - refilled every 3 days. However, it is still greatly appreciated, especially if you arrive after long journey. The free evening buffet is mostly breakfast leftovers, 2 extra salads, and some cake. Still it is fresh end excelent if you just want to grab something quick to eat.

Comparing to hotel Rochester it was about 50 EUR per night cheaper- and was just a bit less elegant and posh, the choice for breakfast a bit smaller, but you get quite a lot free extras . The atmosphere was also more relaxed.

I am going to come back next time I am in Paris.

It is an old hotel that was being renovated at the time of my stay. Think they have changed their name again since I was there.

The lifts were very tiny and walking up the stairs may be quicker at times. Lift was so small your lucky to fit two people in there.

I asked for two queen size beds but it was more of an single size bed Australian standard. The bathroom was very old with very dated tiles but the water was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same everyday but could not complain because it's all for convenience.


The map of Paris can be quite deceiving. A lot of walking in involved but it's the only way to go to get to know the city. Weather was good but did rain and very chilly and wind on the Eiffel tower.

Overall would only recommend if your looking for somewhere to sleep and have something to eat in the morning and your on the go.

Be aware Sunday all the shops are pretty much closed.

The location is very close to the Champs-Elysees; easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The champagne on arrival was much appreciated and also the free buffet in the evening was very useful. Some rooms were not nicely renovated. Room was basic. Only 1 set of towels.They had an odd smell and were facing construction site. Free WiFi.

Hotel has 2 very small elevators and one was not working. Had to make two trips to take our luggage. Staff didn't even offer to assist us.
During breakfast, they ran out of clean Cereal Bowls. They told us we had to wait until kitchen cleaned them. The food at breakfast was not appealing and the hot food looked like leftovers.
Would never stay there again!!! it was very disappointing, considering we paid $288 dollars per night.
