this hotel is just great!the admosphere is very elegant and the staff is really professional.the rooms are very clean and although is classified as a 4 stars hotel i think is more than a 5 stars one.they really make you feel the parigian admosphere.i reccommend this hotel for those who really want to have a taste of PARIS!

Excellent location 2 minutes walk to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysee . Rooms are small but spotlessly clean .

The front office desk staff are rude and not friendly.

Been in Paris from 25 Jan. for three days and choose this hotel due to past satisfied experience. Excellent front desk staff and Concierge, Coffee shop and house keeping. All staff are ready to help with a big smile. Good location that you can see Paris attractions in a walking distance. good value for money. Thus, I will always recommend this hotel for Paris visitors.

My wife and I are just back after a great weekend break in Paris. The Hotel was in a perfect location.It is within walking distance of all the best sights in central Paris. I should say that I will be 60 on my next birthday and I found it no problem to get to the sights. The staff were friendly and could speak good english. We did not have much interaction with the staff,but that was by choice. The room was clean, warm and nicely decorated. If I had to say something negative it would be that the room was a bit on the small size, but then again it is Paris.
I would stay there again in a heart beat and I am not easily pleased.
We hired Paris Shuttle to collect us from the airport and bring us back,I would recommend that service as well. It takes away all the hassle,brings you right to the Hotels front door and brings you right back to Terminal 1.It does what it says on the box.
