Booked this at the last minute as it was one of the few hotels available. It's not exactly near anything, but there's a great pâtisserie nearby (Les Enfants Gâtés, one of Christophe Michelak's favorites), and Paris is small anyway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room big enough to swing a, well, let's not get the ASPCA up in arms and a stuffed animal in. Would recommend, especially if you've got business in the 16e, as I did.

I stayed in the Best Western De Neuville Hotel during 5 nights (from January 3 to 8, 2012. This hotel is located in Rue Verniquet which is a residential area, a very quiet place. Just a 5 minute walk and you find some restaurants, cafeterias and shops and best of all, the metro. If you want to walk more, just 20 minutes and you find the Arc of Triomphe and the Champ Elyses, which is the most emblematic avenue in Paris, plenty of shops, restaurants, night clubs, etc. The Front Desk Clerks were very polite and courteous, specially Zoe, who speaks Spanish fluently (my native language) , Susi and Magdalena. All of them speaks english, so their adivices and orientation to visit different areas of Paris were excellent. Daily, after breakfast I request their advices and recommendations to make my own tours.
Zoe gave me an upgrade room , so I stayed in a Superior Room, which was very spacious, with a LDC TV, safe box, a queen bed, beautifully decorated with red curtains. All the rooms have Free Wifi and you can find a Personal Computer in the Lobby with a Printer free of charge!!! The buffet breakfast had a variety of cereals, fruits, breads, cheeses. yogourt, scramble and boiled eggs, juices, etc. My room and all facilities of the hotel are very clean. Really I recommend this hotel for his excellent service, location and room rates. Undoubtedly, I will return to stay in this excellent hotel.

We got a last minute deal here at Christmas time and the room was fantastic. It is located a ways outside the city centre but there is a Metro/RER station within a 5 minute walk. The staff were amazingly helpful and let us check-in early and check out a little late. Very nice room and very clean.

we were touring paris, so we stayed in diffrent hotels in paris and surroundings. me and my friend had a wonderfull stay at this hotel.
the staff was very friendly and helpfull. the hotel is situated in a nice area and it is quiet neighborhood. the metro and railwaystation are nearby. there are also a lots of restaurants nearby.

The stuff is very polite and helpfull and the breakfast buffet is very nice.
