The friendly staff are an asset here. Our room was very small, and rather "tired", but the bathroom very clean and quite modern.We paid 165 euros/night, which I think is rather expensive given that the room is basic. The metro Vaneau is about a 10 minute walk away (and has no escalators). Didn't try the breakfast thanks to other reviews, but made our way to a boulangerie just around the corner in rue de Babylone, which charged about 4 euros for a superb cafe au lait and croissant. On a nearby corner is the Cafe des Ministres where a more complete breakfast was 9 euros, also very good. Both were pleasant places. There are plenty of good restaurants in nearby rue de Sevres and just off it.

This hotel is perfectly placed for the Musee Rodin, which is why we chose it, but the room was sparse to say the least, and breakfast not up to much more than a croissant and some not very good coffee. No facilities in the room, the bed was hard, and there was nowhere to sit comfortably. The TV didn't have Sky - and major problem if you're a sports buff. The Staff were friendly enough and we only stayed two nights, but it was B&B than hotel,

Friendly staff, very clean, lots of space in deluxe room and very comfortable beds with crisp sheets in very peaceful and central location. About 4 metro stations in easy walking distance. Felt very safe area to be walking around during the evening and had lots of cafes/restaurants near by. Fab boulangerie on rue de Babylone just round the corner so it's easy to miss the 13 Euro breakfast, as well as a little supermarket that was open until 10pm. Got a great deal with Eurostar and room together. One tip, grab a sandwich and visit the shop Gallerie Layfayette - free to go up to their roof with astroturf covering, seating and fabulous views over the city.

In a very quiet street with parking. Chose delux room for extra space which is a good idea if you're going to spend any time in the room. Lovely beds. Nice bathroom.
Shame about the peeling paintwork but opening windows, facing the park at the rear were a bonus. Reasonable serve yourself breakfast but not many places available when busy.
No tea/coffee making in room.
