Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour so we had no choice over the accommodation but we were quite pleasantly suprised on arrival. Area was great, short Metro ride to anywhere you need to go but surrounded by French rather than the usual tourists. Word of advice - the shops are not open on Sundays in the area so make sure you get what you need beforehand!
On arrival we were given a rather small room on the front of the hotel which wouldn't be bad apart from the fact that the shower curtain was mouldy and the shower head desperately needed a de-scale, the bathroom was VERY small, as I'm a hotelier maybe I am more fussy than most. The front desk were very helpful and moved us to a room in the annex at the back - much better and cleaner.
Breakfast was nice, you collect a tray and help yourself, as much coffee as you can drink, leave the tray on the table to be collected.
Very accommodating with our luggage storage by letting our group of 27 store there bags until 7pm in one of the bedrooms (very small luggage room).
Overall, if you are not spending much time in the hotel - which you shouldn't as Paris is beautiful and full of things to do - a good base for any tourist.
