OK, lets try to pick out the good points. Hmmmm, I think the towels were clean and soft. That's about it.
So, onto the bad. Booked the hotel believing I was getting 4* hotel in Paris. Yes, I got a favourable discount on the price but thought this was because I was getting a great deal. Don't be fooled - the discounted prices are still excessive for the quality you'll get. This is supposed to be a 200Euro a night hotel? Never in a million years.
Outside they've covered up the star rating its that bad. Even discrediting it to a 3* hotel makes the other 3* hotels in the area look positively delicious. It really is as bad as people are writing on here.
Quite simply its not been loved or looked after for a good 20 years. The reception desk is battered and scuffed, and the trend follows into the lift and along the corridors. The dark wooden look everywhere makes the hotel seem dark and moody. The rooms, whilst beds and towels are clean, have not been decorated for years. The taps and shower are rusty and mirrors and tiles are aged and cracked. Its probably 2* quality.
The staff are rude and grumpy, and the breakfast isn't worth getting out of bed for. WiFi is limited to a small table in reception. If you leave the table, you lose the signal.
If I could say something good about this hotel, I would. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite a dump, so bad, I wiped my feet on the way out.
Steer well clear.
