In all of my trips to Paris, I have never been in a better location. The hotel is even only 2 stops on the Express Train from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The location is a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame in one direction, 5 minutes to Pompidou Center and Le Marais, and is within 5 minutes of 4 different Metro stops so that you can get ANYWHERE.
The Front Desk Staff was very helpful, and friendly at all times. The lobby has a Coffee/Tea/Expresso machine that is free 24-hours a day. The laundry-room on the 2nd floor was so easy to use and came in handy, unexpectedly. Rooms were clean, a little spartan, but came with refrigerator, stovetop, and plenty of glassware. We kept beverages and snacks on-hand for the late afternoon mini-naps we took after being out all day, prior to going out for dinner and the lights/sights. Three restaurants on the adjacent Plaza provided great and typical breakfasts and lunches.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel when we were in Paris. Since we were new to the area, it took us quite a bit of time and navigation to find this place tucked in a corner. But after we found the place, travelling around was pretty convenient as we realized it is very close to the chatelet exit of the RER, very close to food places and shopping. It is about a 10-20mins walk to the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre museum.

Upon checking in, the staff were friendly and polite. The 1-bedroom apartment that we had was a decent size and well-fitted out. Lighting and temperature was good even in winter. The beds were really nice and warm with thick blankets. The sofa bed was easy to pull out and quite comfortable as well. Adequate storage space and chairs provided.

However, groups of people tend to meet outside this hotel which made it really noisy late at night. The rooms have balcony doors facing the street which the entrance faces so we're able to hear their voices loud and clear. But closing the door and pulling the thick curtains close seem to do the trick.

Would stay here again but may try to find another citadines at a different location.

Stayed for a night at this hotel. The room was quite new and i like it. The bed was AMAZING. the only downside of this hotel was the location.

This hotel had great suites that were perfect for traveling with a family. There are few places that offer a true 1 bedroom suite that allow for a kid to sleep in one room while the parents can relax with a bottle of wine. The rooms were super clean and the location couldn't be better--close to the metro and close to all the tourist areas without it feeling touristy. Friendly staff that speaks good English. It was inconvenient when the elevators went out, but they went out of their way to help us carry our stroller up the stairs.
