First the bad. Really rude staff person - lots of shrugs, a 'not my problem' attitude. Even when the hotel made mistakes: room wasn't ready when we arrived, well after check in time, and then they tried to charge us for the breakfasts we'd already paid for. As we were checking out this scumbag was actually miming phoning for the police over the unpaid bill. Really ruined this hotel for us.
The walls to the rooms are also really thin; we had neighbours talking late into the night every night, and we could hear petty much every word. Very annoying.
So personally I'd not stay here again.
Which is a shame, because the good was actually very good: the other staff there were polite and helpful, the poor breakfast lady especially was working super hard. And the location is very, very good: near the tourist spots, but also in the middle of some good bars and restaurants.
If I were you I'd try and find a better hotel in the same location.

I thank you first of all for your comment, it is very important that I know the felt of my customers.
I am surprised in no way by your comment because I was informed about your dissatisfaction, I moreover sent you an e-mail of excuse.
My hotel is a small establishment and I attach a lot of importance for the welcome(reception). All the staff without exception must be courteous, pleasant and concerned by our customers. As regards the breakfast, the reaction of the réceptionnsite was disproportionate and I still apologize for it. I believe that he wanted to do well.
I thank you moreover for being fair and for underlining the efficiency of the person in charge of the breakfast.
As regards the sharpness of walls, I never had until then criticisms on this subject but I shall not miss to worry about it.
I am saddened that your stay in the hotel badly takes place, I understand your dissatisfaction and I approve it.
As you say it, the district is a very nice place and I regret all these misunderstandings.
I will do my best to provide a better service to my clients.
