The hotel is about 10 min walk from Notre Dame station. Very convenient to take train to/from CDG. In the middle of all major sightseeings. The river is close and boat trips recommended. The twin room we stayed in was very small, maybe 12 m2. The decor was chinese-style. The hotel provides also breakfast, but we did prefer to eat outside since there are many places around.

The room was relatively clean, beds were comfortable. The elevator was strange and small, we did not use it.

We took a short trip to Paris, visiting the Christmas market on the Champs Elysees etc... This hotel is close to the center, great location. Small rooms (but we knew thanks to TripAdvisor) but charming atmosphere. Do ask for the special parking rate as you need to park your car across the street (public parking). We only stayed one nigh and left with a good feeling. It is a 2 star so do not expect a lot of luxury. The service was really nice, always a plus! They do not offer payment online so best to book over the telephone instead of email. (Credit Card details are asked for example). Prices are not exaggerated either.
All in all, good value for money.

I only stayed one night in Hotel de Nice, but it's a very nice hotel.

great location. close to a few highlights and great access to others: metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the doorstep of the hotel. Parkingfacility is across the street, restaurants around the corner. It's excellent! Nice staff, good breakfast. What else do you need? Perhaps a bit bigger room.....but hey: it's paris, so you're out in the city! have fun there!
