The location was nice, being close walking distance to good shops and nice places to eat as well as local transportation.

The rooms were laughably small (I believe we were in a standard) where you could barely stand in the room as two people and shut the door. The service was fine - no issues but no one stood out as helpful either. (and, before you disregard my warning - yes I understand rooms in Europe tend to be smaller but this was a farce). It resembles a hostel in size with upgraded bathroom features but still tiny space.

I was duped by the recommendations of charm and Parisian life.

I would recommend staying at another property or upgrading to the best room they have - it is not worth the money for the standard room.

Where do I start!?

My experience at this hotel was just magnificent. On my late evening arrival I arrived and was greeted along with my boyfriend with a lovely Bonsoir. We booked this hotel for two nights for our two week stay in Paris. Upon exploring the city the next day and during our stay we were close to everything. A ten minute stroll from the Eiffel Tower and a two minute walk to the Metro- Ecole Militaire. Location is everything and this hotel located in the 7th Arrondissement was great. Our room was made up to the highest standards, breakfast to 11 was delicious, the staff were extremely helpful. They encouraged us where to eat and even booked us a table, (my French is not the best!)

After our two nights stay we upgraded to a larger room and decided to spend another 12 nights here.

On my next trip to Paris I would definitely return to this chic hideaway!

I stayed in their basic room and while it was plain and somewhat dated in is furnishing, the room and the hotel are well maintained and the service friendly and attentive. Friendly service and a clean room are not as common in Paris as they are elsewhere.

I recently visited Paris for a military conference. The hotel is in a great location and is well kept. It is on a relatively quiet street. As a light sleeper, I was rarely awoken from street or hotel noise. As an American, I was prepared for the unique setting of Paris so my expectations were set. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to Paris so I cannot compare to others in the area but I rate this hotel high and recommend it. Many of my colleagues stayed in nearby hotels and had smaller rooms. Hotel le Tourville is a great option for those who want to see Paris. I was able to walk everywhere from this hotel and see it all. Many thanks to the staff.
