the hotel is really nice, clean and near two subway station...really easy to get there...the food, the breakfast i mean, was delicious...i would go there another time with pleasure

The hotel is situated on the very busy road Avenue De Clichy, and at night it is very busy and noisy. We had to keep the windows closed to get any sleep.

The area the hotel is situated in is not very nice, is very dirty and quite scary. The people are particularly rude and unsettling (as two girls) we found that a number of the men were lecherous and would follow you about.

Whilst the hotel was just average, a simple room, nice bathroom, the service and the area was offputting.

The hotel is close to the metro station and within easy access to the main tourist spots, but I would not stay here again if I were to visit paris.

Stayed at hotel for a week on business and had a bad time due to bed bugs and got about 20 bites all over body which a week later are still there.
Other comments, room was reasonable size, bathroom/shower was good,
Bed was old and poor, no duvet just blankets. 2 lights in room were out for whole week and no light over desk meaning I had to work from bed. Breakfast was in basement of hotel but Reception was in hotel next door, but this was not a problem.

Location was very good, lots bars/restaurants locally, 400m to Metro on line 13

Would not advise anyone to stay there until they resolve the bed bugs problem. If you review the postings this is not the first complaint of bed bugs.

Stayed a couple of times here and the rooms are decent for the price...larger than many hotels in Paris with nice bathrooms. Only room issue I've found is that the rooms have a connecting door to another room which allows you to hear the people next door rather clearly...also we had cigarette smoke coming through the door as the people next door were obviously smoking. Area is ok, but wouldn't say it's nice or anything. Brochant metro is very close and it doesn't take very long at all to get anywhere. Service is run through the hotel next door and don't expect any quality service from the staff...rang the reception desk on 4 occasions but nobody answered. Staff are generally very distracted and not interested in assisting you.
