“Small, Ok rooms, walking distance to E.Tower.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Good Location, close to E.TOwer though no views. Room we got is small, road side, a bit noisy on weekend, but for fitted our budget. Room walls are thin, we could hear all thats going next door, So watch out :)
The nice lady at the reception gave us all help to play tourist, with maps and tips. There are some good shops and cafes near by, metro stations are at walking distance.
Its good place to be if traveling in budget.

“Good value for money”

Yes, it is a small hotel, but then again, most hotels in Paris are small! The room, despite being of reduced dimensions, had a reasonably comfortable sized bathroom! There was also room for a desk, a small wardrobe and, of course, a double bed, everything placed smartly so it didnt bother us and we even had room for moving around comfortably after dropping our luggage in a corner! Also, the hotel is great value for money, it is not noisy at all, the staff speaks very good english and we were walking distance from the Eiffel Tower! We are definitely coming back!

“Good location, pleasant tourist class hotel, good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

We did our homework before making our booking too, hence are aware of the feedback given by other tripadvisor members. The rooms' walls are really thin and we definitely can hear our next-door neighbors.

Agree that other than the thin wall, the hotel would have been a nice place to stay. Rooms, though small, were comfortable, cosy and clean. The toilet especially was a little tight. A small box of facial tissue paper would have been good.

The WIFI needs to be refreshed and re-logged in every time we return to our room.

We did not eat the breakfast, hence not able to comment on it.

“Great service, comfortable room, well appointed bathroom, good value.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

We were aware of the pros and cons of this hotel from the Trip Advisor reviews, hence there were no surprises. The hotel is convenient to several metro stops, although we mainly used Cambronne which is less than a ten minute walk. We found the best selection of shops and restaurants to be a block behind the hotel (adjacent to Commerce metro stop), although we didn't discover this until our second day. The rooms are a little noisy, but we knew this in advance. We didn't partake of the breakfast as there are two good patisseries nearby with seating. We were recommended to eat at Chez Papa by the receptionist one evening, which was a disappointment, but this was not his fault.

“"pardon love, can't hear you over next door."”

Although said in jest, the noise from adjacent rooms was the flaw in an otherwise nice hotel.
The rooms, despite being small, were comfortable and cleaned rigourously daily. We did think the room could of done with drinks making facilities, however there were bottled drinks available to buy from reception.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and spoke good english.

The location was great in walking distance of the metro station, restaurants, cafes and the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysses etc.

We never opted for the breakfast as it was an extra 8 euro per person but there was some nice cafes very close by.

Over all the hotel is good value for money and we would gladly stay again.
