“Clean cozy hotel with great location!”

This hotel was recommended to us as a clean affordable hotel with a great location, since you can walk to the Eiffel Tower.

When we stayed there in october of 2008, our room was spotless, kind of small but we used it basically to sleep and shower, btw shower had great water pressure and a decent size (for european hotel standards),

We have recommended this hotel to some friends traveling to Paris in 2010... hope they have the same experience.

This hotel was disgusting, the photos i have included in this review say it all.
stains on the mattress, carpet, filty, room smelt, bnathroom very dirty, broken tiles on bath, mould in shower, broken glass shelf, dirty toilet flush, pipes and floor in bathroom, room furniture old tatty and rotted, bathroom door disguisting,
there is not much else I can say except be very careful when you book this hotel, the staff were rude, they didnt once ask if we were enjoying our stay and when we gave a letter of complaint because no one could understand us as we dont speak French, they didnt even say good bye to us when we left, we have tried to make contact with them by email they ignore us.
Very Bad Customer Service.

WE have stayed here in the past and again recently and have enjoyed the charm and cleanliness. This hotel was recommended to us by friends and we have recommended it to friends and family. YES, we'd stay there again! (will again in the autumn of this year!)
