Having booked this hotel through Booking.com we arrived 15 min before the official reception closing time, to find the place abandoned. Only managed to get in to the building at all because a guest let us in. So we rang the emergency number as displayed on the door to speak to a very rude woman who told us we had no reservation and that in her words, this was a very bad hotel! this despite the fact we had the actual reservation printed in our hands. She could do nothing to help, suggested we e-mailed her the reservation, but she was unable to give us her e-mail address saying it would be on the documents, of course all these has was the Booking.com contact details.

So a call to Booking.com and they confirmed the reservation, and told us to ring the emergency number! Explaining the situation, Booking.com managed to get through to the lady, and low and behold, she managed to find our booking! yet more drama enfolded trying to find the entrance keys to the place, as it turns out they have several safes they could be in, and after about 1 1/2 hours of messing about we finally got in to the room....

The room was ok, nothing special, but adequate for our needs, and the location was pretty quiet, and just a short walk from the centre, bars restaurants etc.

Given the rudeness and lack of service this company offered I would never recommend anyone to use them.

A nice modern apartment hotel located over the rail line in Reims and a bit of a distance to the centre of town and the champagne caves. However, very neet and spacious, comfy bed, nice kitchen to have a nice meel watered by some of the local bubbly. We stayed their Bastille Day and was really quiet. Plentiful parking on the street.

This apartment hotel is a good value in Reims, especially if you'd like a fridge, stove, and coffee maker. There is no maid service for limited stays, and no phone in the room. If you arrive late in the evening, you need to arrange for a code to get in. The hotel was about a 10-minute walk to the city center, on the "other" side of the train tracks. We had a very difficult time finding it - in fact, we ended up having the wonderful Reims police escort us there!! Reception was very matter of fact - helpful, but all business. Parking under the hotel is convenient and relatively inexpensive. Decor was modern and simple, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was basic. The downside is really the noise from the street. It was hot, so we had to open the windows as there's no A/C. But even with the window closed, it was still loud. In Reims, I recommend the Cafe Bristol at 76 Place Drouet and the nearby Glue Pot Restaurant. Both had good food and service. Don't miss the very special sound and light show at the Cathedral!!

Great location. Literally 2 minute walk from the main square. The staff were really helpful and the parking was great! Underground garage so it's safe!

Room was big and fold out beds were really comfortable.

Would definately stay again!
