Myself and two friends stayed in the three smallest (most inexpensive) rooms for two nights at the end of November for 75 Euro each, plus another 8 for breakfast.
Pros:
-- My room was ample in size, clean, with well-maintained fittings, decor, etc.
-- Despite being right next to a 6-lane road, the double-glazing meant that I could not hear traffic at all. Presumably in summer you can keep the windows closed and use air-conditioning.
-- The staff on the Reception (one of whom is English) desk were pleasant and helpful. They offered the use of umbrellas when it seemed likely to rain.
-- There is free wi-fi, though I did not use it.
-- The 8 Euro breakfast was ample: coffee/tea/chocolate, a croissant, a bread roll, jam, butter, orange juice. For an extra 4 Euro you can have cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, boiled eggs, etc.
-- The location is next to a busy road, but only 5 minutes walk from some of the better restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes from the centre of town and the cathedral.
Cons:
-- None really, unless you are looking for somewhere under 75 Euro per night.
