Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a visit to see friends. The best things were the friendly, English-speaking reception staff, free (unguarded) parking lot just opposite the hotel, and an easy location within 10 minutes' walk to the very centre of Reims (there is also a tram stop just outside the hotel). Were pleasantly surpised that the location on a busy junction didn't mean sleepless nights in our street-facing room. The decor was a bit outdated, and the breakfast was standard French stuff (rolls with jam or cheese, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, cereal, juice). Also, the shower mixer in our spacious bathroom didn't work - we got either ice-cold or near-boiling water. Otherwise, a pleasant experience. One of the lesser-known champagne houses, Charles de Cazenove, is next door, and we also had a nice little walk in the old cemetery on the other side of the junction. A new indoor market hall is being built on the other side of the road junction too.

We spent a weekend in Reims at the end of september and had a fabulous time.
The city is worth a visit, and when you do, this hotel is definately a good choice. It is situated very close to the centre so everything is at walking distance. The rooms are good, the double windows make sure all noise gets filtered. A free parking lot is opposite the hotel and it is quite big so no troubles finding parking space.
The staff is excellent!!!! We had some problems with our bank after paying the bill, the bank made a mistake, none of which was actually the hotels fault, but they were very helpfull in assisting us to solve this .
If we would go back to Reims we would most definately choose this hotel again.

This hotel offers good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, in particular Rachel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the city centre, restaurants, train station and the Centre de Congres. I would recommend this establishment to others.

This is a basic three star hotel, but is quite decent for the price. It's a short stroll to the cathedral, to the main place, and to the Mumm caves. The dinner recommendations were good, parking is nearby and free, an there is a tram stop outside. Staff were helpful and friendly.
