Well located, cheap hotel. However, not cheap enough to reflect what is a very depressing place. Staff were indifferent.

I stayed at this hotel while I was touring France. My group and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was the worst hotel experience i have ever encountered. Myself and two other girls where given a room that was strangly, away from all the other rooms and was off in a section that had PRIVATE written on the door. This I found strange, but it was only until i walked into the room that I was discusted. The comforter had not been washed. I could see stains of all sorts just by looking at the bed. There was no shower curtain, so water got everywhere while I was showering. There was also BLACK MOLD on the bathroom ceiling. When advising the front desk about the room problems, the lady was very rude with us. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I and many others had a terrible experience at this hotel.

I stayed in Tours from the 17th to 22nd of august. In the night we saw in the tree beds of the room, in the two floors of the room, a lot of bedbugs. We left the hotel at 3 o clock in the night and we went to another hotel because nobody answers to the hotel’s emergency telephone (fortunately It was not a vital emergency). Next morning, we told the problem to the receptionist, and we left the hotel. We went to the tourist office to book another hotel and we tell the problem to the girl of the office. She recommends us to write a complaint, and we wrote it.
But the tourist office Director, Sr. Le Nuach, answer us that we had take the insects to the hotel. Incredible! In my suitcases haven’t enough space for all the clothes and all theses bedbugs.we went from our house to the hotel Relais directly, without stay in another hotels, and I had bought the suitcases for this travel, they were absolutely new, and in my house there weren’t bedbugs. It was the worst experience of my life. Terrible. Don't go!!!
