Excellent location to visit the city smack in the core of it. The available parking is a big plus. The staff is extra nice. The rooms are somewhat dated (but not in a nice vintage way) and would need a remodeling

My earlier stay was at the Holiday Inn which is bang outside the train station. This was not at all near - a big deterrent from the start. So as a result it is not very conveniently located. That said, Tours is a small town-village so everything is in a 5-10 minute walking radius - all restaurants, all culture, all shops. However for the 100Euro tag the hotel isnt value for money. The rooms are old and small, the breakfast area is small - you can almost hit the next table.

If you stay in the Best Western chain in the States you will probably be ok staying here. This property is old. We stayed in room 325 and it was a very large room. It had an office area and very large bathroom. The room and entire property is very dated. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to trains, restaurants and shops. Other than basic directions plan on getting information from the nearby tourist center. Parking is available, but you need to let them know in advance. We didn't let them know we had a car, but they accommodated us. If you are used to Marriotts, Hyatts or higher end properties you won't be happy here. Otherwise it will be ok for a short stay.

When placing two suitcases this leaves very few room to walk on.
Bed was small and shagged. Not comfortable.
Bathroom is renovated new. It was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was ok, though fits a 2 star hotel.
There's a parking lot but guests need to pay to use it (10 euros).
Stuff speaks english very well.
Location is good, close old city streets where there are lots of restaurant and pubs.
Overall too pricey for what you get.
