Arrived on 050311 at 5pm found reception unmanned,rang the bell,waited another 10 minutes.Other people waited then left. Woman receptionist not at all helpful.Noticed that the free wireless service not available so went to reception, unmanned again, waited for another 10 mins. The same receptionist saw me and a japenese or chinese boy waited and turned round to go saying she couldn't help as internet down.Later on went down to reception again same thing happened so didn't wait.
I however ,did give a very good mark because the room was excellent very clean and quiet considering the party of about 60 japenese/chinese in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, and the lady and young man supervising the breakfast were excellent.
