The hotel is located in the center of Orleans downtown : you have to walk 10min. to reach the train station, and less than 5 min. to reach the place du Martroi (central place with the statue of Joan of Arc).
Now for the room : I had a one bedroom + shower room on the 4th foor. The bed had a standard French 140cm width. The room was clean and had been refurbished a few years ago. At some places the wallpapers were starting to unglue. Toilets and bathroom were separated but both very small. The shower cabin was really small and very cheapy with old and thinny plastic walls. There was also a small TV (36cm = ~15") with around 10 channels (the stanard 1..6 set plus Canal+, CNN and others). The advertised free wifi access worked flawlessly. The breakfast was a buffet.
On the location next-door there's an american food restaurant so you don't have to walk far to eat something (hamburgers, fajitas, salads, pizzas...)
You could not hear the noise from the street but the noise isolation from other rooms or from the corridors is not perfect.
