We chose this for the location, close to the train station, and for that purpose it was perfect being only a 5 minute walk (handy when you are back-packing). We found the front desk staff to be pretty helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average and was buffet-style; we were early so everything was still fresh. And it was included in the price, which is good value. The nicest surprises were the added extras - the complimentary welcome drinks and the lunch pack we were provided with on the day we checked out. On the downside, the room was pretty small and became very crowded when two backpacks were opened up and the lighting was dim. In fact the lighting throughout the building was pretty poor and was not helped by very dark decor - made the place feel gloomy and could do with brightening up. On balance, though, I would recommend.
