We came for a nice and relaxing weekend, with bouchers bought through the internet. It included 1h30m of massages and spa.
First thing is that no one practically speaks english.
We asked for a queen bed room, and had twin beds. No soaps or amenities in the rooms.
The "soins" wwere already scheduled at 9am... now this is what i call relaxing weekend, when you want to sleep, you cant or else you will miss your appointments and there is no other time to reschedule it.
The restaurant was just HORRIBLE... a nightmare...first to understand the maitre d, he didnt even make the effort to speak in english, instead it was us who needed to try and understand what he was sayingt. Horrible service. I work in the restaurant business since 1980 and have never seen such a horrible service, not even in McDionalds, they are much better (McDonalds of course).
The dishes were cold, no protocole what so ever, the restaurant was full, waiters running around with no clue of what to do or were each table was, and of course no organization. The Maitre seemed to be hidding from the clients, with an angry look in his face, not even a welcome smile.
As for the rest, more of the same... the staff was not friendly , with the exception of the spa girls, they were nice, but you could see they were overloaded with work, and work like in a chain industry... the recptionist were unfriendly.
We had the chance to see the Manager, and belive me, he didnt even look at us nor worried about what we were demanding. No body seemed to care for the clients.
What to say about the rooms, they looked new, but then we saw the flies in the windows, the curtains didnt close properly, there were stains all over the bed and bedheader. But our big surprise was the bathroom, it looked like from the 70s (we found out later that indeed it is form the 70s)... discusting smell coming form the WC...
The only positive issue of this is that we will never come back and will definetly NEVER reccomend it to anyone, not even our worst enemy.
If the hotel wants to impriove, i would reccomend they start from hiring professional staff, and the 1st one should be the manager.
It has been the worst experience in my life, expecting a 4star service delivery and receiving ZERO quality.
