is older and there is some noise from traffic, but it is in a great spot to visit the area. the staff was helpful despite language difficulties..

We, family of 5, stayed here for 1 night in a familyroom. Although close to the trainstation it is a quiet area. Hotel is clean and nicely furnished. Our family room was enough room and a nice bathroom. Shower was clean and enough warm water. Owners are friendly. Breakfast is simple but nice enough. We could park the car in front of the hotel in the street. Town of Blois is on walking distance and very nice on saturday with a market. Lots of shops. We could have spend more then one day here.

Did a 2 night Loire Valley trip with a group of 5 people. We had three rooms and all were clean and quiet, although it was the off season and we may have been the only people in the hotel! Easy walk to downtown Blois which was a really great town with amazing food, despite the fact that we were there on a Sunday/Monday and many things were closed (note: plan ahead, all the shops looked cute but were closed when we were there!) Great value and the perfect spot to stay and do day trips to the many Loire Valley chateaus and vineyards. The only downside is that there isn't much very close to the hotel except for the train station; must walk a bit to even find a convenience store or patisserie. The internet was free but the signal was a bit iffy in some rooms.

The rooms are not so large but just enough to sleep over. Well located to reach the city centre in 5 minutes walking. next to the train station (important if you're coming by train). Good parking places free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. The lady at the front desk was really really nice. Loved to chat and made us feel really wellcomed. The breakfast was excelent. The only negative point: no elevator!
