I payed 30 euros with discount offer. Location close to the center, clean and functional. Safe parking for 5 euros.

The usual standard for Ibis, paying in advance i paid just 59 euros for a double room. Very good service, internet through a shared laptop. The room is clean, big as the bathroom. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city centre, and the people at the reception are fine. Go here with no doubts, expecially if you pay in advance. I also found free parkins space near the hotel.

Pros: Clean, wifi, not too far from down town, Hospitable, Good restaurant next door (Carte Blanche), parking (5 euro/day).
Cons: A lot of construction around the hotel, an industrial/commercial area with zero ambiance. Nothing close at night.

Pleasant and clean hotel. The friendly, English speaking reception staff were very helpful. Good rooms but beds could have benefitted from extra and better quality pillows. Parking is in an underground car park adjacent to the hotel at an extra cost (Buy your ticket from reception and it is only 5 euros). Location good and just 15 mins walk from city centre. Good selection of restaurants in town. We went to L'Imprimerie and had excellent food (pizzas and burgers highly recommended). Go to Tourist Information and ask for the Owl Trail booklet then follow the little brass owl plaques on the pavement for one of the best walking tours in France.
