Chère Madame,
Notre quartier de la rue Audra, est situé à 5 mn à pied du centre ville. Ce quartier dispose d'une excellente réputation ou il règne encore un peu l'ambiance des années 70 grâce aux quelques commerçants et habitants de cette époque encore présents. Rien à voir avec l'austérité des quartiers de périphérie.
Nous n'avons jamais entendu parlé de prostitution dans notre quartier (vous pouvez absolument vérifier auprès de l'office du tourisme) et encore moins dans notre établissement. Nous essayons de sélectionner notre clientèle sur des critères de bon esprit et de bon comportement.
Urbaneva propose un offre de studio tres diversifiée ou chacun pourra trouver une solution en fonction de son budget avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé sans supplément!
Pour vous convaincre je vous invite à consulter sur place notre "livre d'or" qui fait la fierté de notre équipe sans cesse au service de la clientèle.
