We stayed here for a one night stopover on the way to Chamonix in August 2011. It was perfect for our needs as was a short walk into the centre of Dijon (which was lovely - nicer than I expected and would recommend for a weekend city break anytime), easy to find, cheap enough (we paid around 55 euros I think), friendly and helpful owners and had secure parking which wasn't underground (helpful as we had bikes on the roof rack, though note there is a height restriction on entering the car park).
The rooms were clean and simple with window you could open fully, comfy bed, nice bathroom that looked like it had been recently refurbished and a TV. Also air con though seemed to be a restriction on how cool you could have this!
Room wasn't large by any means but fine for a stopover and I would return even if I was planning to spend more time in Dijon - after all you'll only really be sleeping in it unless you're here for a long stay.
Breakfast was an additional 7 or 8 euros I think but it was very good with large selection of usual continental style things.
We just went for a quick evening meal but there is lots of choice round the old market-place - would recommend the pizzas at the place with pink lights - delicious!
