it is terible dirty and smells. my family went back home it was so descusting.

HOTEL SHOULD BE AVOIDED UNTIL ROADWORKS COMPLETED.
Hotel inaccesable as whole town in chaos due to roadworks, putting in a new tram system. Eventually found hotel, road hotel is on is closed to traffic due to the roadworks. We had a topbox on the car, NO carparks in the area had high enough entrances to accommodate this, the area near the hotel is a red light district and so totally unsuitable to park & leave your car with belongings in on the road (Not that there were any spaces). We had no choice but to leave area, after 19 hrs on the road, & 1am, this was not a decision we took willingly. The hotel took our money as we didnt canx the booking before 6pm!!!!!! Despite the above reasons & agreeing to not take our money at the time.

Hotel is well located near the station but it goes down hill from there. The area round it is full of fast food restaurants with signs offering marijuana and dodgy looking blokes. Not great for families or singles. Hotel staff make little effort to be friendly. Room is adequate but I would expect more for the money. Breakfast on the second day was very disappointing. Waitress was very rude when I asked for a plate to eat off. Not somewhere I would go back to.

The staff is unbelievably rude. Especially the older man who works the front desk during the night shift. Since the internet (though advertised as working) does not work in your room you are forced to go to the lobby to connect. During this time the front desk clerk spends the entire time screaming at you in French. For what? I don't know. The breakfast is terrible and in no way worth the cost. If the milk runs out and/or dishes run out they will not restock or get more milk for cereal etc. If you ask you are simply met with a rude remark. In addition to that my colleague spotted a cockroach by the buffet table. The rooms are tiny and though that inherently doesn't bother me what does is if you leave your "Do not disturb" sign on the door they come in anyway. The sign is there for a reason-it means DO NOT ENTER! I can't wait to finish my business trip and get out of this hotel!
