This was my second stay in a Kyriad hotel - I stayed last time just outside Dijon which was very good. I tried to book it again but it was full. So I thought I'd give the City centre hotel a try as a one night stop over. Our room was great size, modern bathroom and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have no issues at all with the hotel - it does everything you want. A great city centre location and with the offer of secure underground parking - if you are driving there in the next 12 months I strongly recommend you book a space. Parking in the ciry is a nighmare! It's not helped by the fact that a new tram system is being fitted and the number of road diversions etc is very frustrating which was not helped by the generally poor signage. I stumbled across the parking having driven around the city twice to find the hotel. At 12 euro a night it's well worth it. You are just around the corner from the Hotel so it's no problem gaining access. These road works will continue for at least another year - I'm due to return to Dijon next year but won't bother to stay at this hotel simply because of the hassle in get into and out of the city. It's a shame because the hotel was very good. Clean rooms, comfy bed and very helpful staff.

Stayed for one night, the room was clean and tidy, Bed was comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Part of a big chain of hotels perhaps they are too big. They seem to have no respect for customers. Everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff, they were off hand and unhelpful. The breakfast room was separated from the reception by going through the pool area. This room was at most times unattended, so when items needed to be replenished no one on hand to do so. The room ws poorly laid out with the door bcking on to one of the tables. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, but if you want to be treated with respect then do nt stay here. A hotel is only as good as its staff, and the staff this hotel are not very customer friendly at all. Only stay here if you hve to.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel is very convenient to the historic center and the train station.
Rooms were average with nice bathrooms.
Air condition needs improvement.
Staff was professional although had some problem getting extra pillows.
If you want to be near the train station this hotel is a good choice
