Loupwolf ( a name chosen as my nom de plume in honour of dogs and wolves) loves the family pet. And our beloved cocker spaniel was given care and kidness beyond all expectation at this Holiday Inn. Not normally one to frequent Holiday Inns the hotel itself was not exciting. Room and towels small - very basic toiletries. However as Dijon is undergoing major road works and we had to go into town by taxi our beloved spaniel was left alone in our bathroom. Never before has he barked but after a seven hour drive across France this was too much - and howling ensued. The hotel staff rang me in the restaurant, went upstairs armed with cheese and collected the dog - and when we returned he was installed as concierge along with the beaming receptionist. A million thanks - and Holiday Inns you have a real example of customer care in that young lady.
