I wanted to like this hotel. The location is great and the staff was friendly. However, the room (#409) and bathroom were just too small. In fact, you could not open the bathroom door completely, because it bumped up against the foot of the bed. The sink in the bathroom was not full sized. The shower was so narrow, I scraped my arm on the rather sharp edge of the plastic mini-shelf and bumped my elbow on the pipes. Bad design made things even more uncomfortable. There were no towel racks and while the two lights above the bed looked stylish, they were worthless for reading. When we mentioned the room size to the desk clerk, he told us that we had booked a standard room, and if we wanted more space, we should have got a superior one. So, unless you want to trip over your suitcases, hang you wet towels on the doorknobs and squint when you try to read in bed, choose another hotel.
