We reserved this hotel with my husband for a weekend. We arrived around 4:15pm and they took us to our room. First off, the elevator takes you to the second floor but then we had to go around and take the stairs to arrive to the third floor, then we arrive to our room and the cleaning ladies were still working on our room. We had to wait more than 15min to get our room...
The quality of the bed is good, but the carpet were dirty, the bathroom was tiny moreover really dirty!!
I requested before arriving at the hotel to get gluten free bread, a person replied to me that they were getting back, but nobody did until i sent an email again. They accepted it and i was happy about it. But, both morning I was too tired to get up for breakfast so we didn't use the restaurant. I was quite surprise at our checkout that the front desk person told me "You know we bought on purpose your gluten free breads and you didn't even eat it!! what happened?" In a 4 star hotel, I was quite shocked that somebody would react like that!
The day after i also saw that the cleaning lady didn't put back shampoos and soaps, so i had to call the front desk but nobody were able to bring it to me, my husband had to go get it!
